What is the procedure to be followed if the guests are not satisfied with the cleaning?
If the guests are not satisfied with the cleaning, we will return to the property to re-clean the missed areas at no extra cost.
Usually the re-clean is carried out within 12 hours after we leave the property.  



Is this an insured service?
Yes. All our holiday let cleaning operators have public liability insurance. 


When will the cleaning operators arrive to the property?
Our holiday let cleaning operators will arrive to the property between 10am and 3pm. Which means that the property will be ready for new guests at check-in time. 


Do I have to pay a fee for cancellations?
No, you do not have to pay a fee for cancellations. You can cancel the contract / booking at any time at no extra cost. 


How can I pay?

You can pay either by cash, cheque or bank transfer. The bank details will be provided once the invoice is issued.
