Yes, we do have insurance cover with a maximum of £5,000,000 public liability insurance


Quote on the telephone?
Despite of many years of cleaning experience, we can make mistakes when providing a quote over the telephone for a specific job. Do feel free to contact us anytime to arrange a no obligation free assessment of your cleaning needs.


How do you vet the cleaners?
We first carry out a personal interview. If the applicant is suitable, we ask them for proof of ID and address along with references. 


Can I have an evening or weekend clean?
Yes, our cleaning operators are flexible and can take on evening or weekend cleaning work at no extra cost.


How much will I pay?

Our rates depend on the type of job and can vary depending on the area you are located and the number of hours you require. Feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote. 


Do I have to set up a minimum contract?
No minimum contract is required for our cleaning services. You can initiate and cancel the contract at any time at no extra cost.


Do I need to provide the cleaning supplies?
 
You do not need to provide the cleaning supplies, unless you wish so. Cleanplicity provides all the supplies. We value our customers and the environment, therefore we only use Eco-Friendly products which are non-toxic to our customers.


How can I pay?
You can pay either by cash, cheque or bank transfer. The bank details will be provided once the invoice is issued.
